When I first launch Zim Desktop, the app icon (if not pinned) and the dot below the icon in the Dock appear as usual. At some point, however, I noticed that the app icon and the dot below the icon in the dock that indicate the window is open disappeared. Zim icon also gone from workspace indicator.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Zim from AppCenter
2. Open it and wait until you get background activity notification
3. Zim icon gone from dock or the dot below the icon is gone and Zim icon also gone from workspace indicator
