I get this error when I run the command phorge/bin/storage upgrade but I solved the problem by destroying the database, rebuilding it, and restoring the data from a backup :))

If we implement this, we need to use oidc-agent to get token to use as password replacement when authenticate via fossil CLI. I just think its not worth it for now.
